To all prospective applicants:
Before filing an application please consider the following requirements carefully:
1. We are looking to have an active, competitive, and respected clan. If you can not meet these three requirements, this clan is not for you.
2. We WILL be having weekly practices, consistant AWOLs (Away With Out Leave[s])will result in terminiation (not prior to verbal warnings).
3. We require and enforce good sportsmanship.
4. We require and enforce a no hacker policy.
5. If you are going to be away from a comptuer for a while and cannot make to the forums or practices, you will be required to inform us of your LOA (Leave of Absence).
6. We are a military structured clan. Rank can be gained by good performance, attendance, sportsmanship, time in service.
7. We still have an age limit of 16, exceptions might be made for those mature enough.
8. Cursing should be kept to a minimum at all times, we understand things slip from time to time, but using these words as primary parts of your language will not be tolerated.
9. You will wear 35thID tags in all Call of Duty games, at all times, and remember that you are representing this clan and will act accordingly.
Following the acceptance of your application, you will proceed through a 30 day recruitment period. This period is our chance to get to know you and find out if the partnership between you and this clan will work. This period may be longer or shorter depending on the person.

To all members,
As of November 16, 2008, on the authority of Sheppard, I am taking command of this unit. I will do my best to lead you, and get things going again.
The question might be asked why I have made this move; quite simply, I didn't want to see this clan name with it's remaining members put out to pasture. After seeing the announcement of the 35th folding, I had some real mixed feelings about the whole thing, and felt that I needed to do something. I have a few ideas in which might help things out here, and I would, as always, appreciate suggestions.
We are going to have a fresh start here, there are going to be changes, first and foremost, I am going to clear the forums, and clear the roster. Nearly every person on roster is going to have to re-apply. We'll get a new chain of command sorted out, as well as NCOs filled promptly. All previous members who were with the clan at the time of the announcement of disbanding who reapply will be welcome back with no recruitment period.
If anyone wishes to re-join, their application will be considered. I hope I have not offended anyone by making this move, however, I could not stand to watch the 35thID fade into black.
